and other dances.
3. You know whose name is Westwood.
4. You're used to acting once a year.
5. You are so used to greeting every adult you see, even if you don't

know them.
6. You are entitled to a free colouring session if they find your hair

colour is very special.
7. If you're a guy, you know what is "slope" and "no sideburn"
8. You get to know the school's "hairdresser" everytime your hair is

not of "Westwood Standard".
9. If not, you become a pro at cutting your own hair.
10. You are used to singing the Majulah Singapura every morning aloud.
11. You dread Tuesdays (*cough* Rev-up *cough*)
12. 2.4 KM run doesn't mean anything to you (be it outside or inside, Up

or down the school)
13. You know ankle socks are a huge NO-NO, especially if you're not

wearing long pants, even so, you wouldn't dare!
14. If not me, then who?
15. You know what's the hand signal.
16. Brisk walking is the slowest speed you can go, especially when it's assembly.
17. SPOTCHECK AAAAAAAAAAH!!!
18. You've actually lost your sense of personal privacy or don't feel physically

harassed at all during spotchecks.
19. You hang out at Kenny's Café, Gek Poh or Jurong Point with your friends

while waiting for CCA or after school activities.

everytime you forget to bring one or lost one.

you always ask yourself when's rehearsal, even if you're NOT performing.
27. You are so ready to go up and down the school at least 4 times during a Fire Drill. (lol pity those students whose classroom is far away from the field)
28. You've auditioned for Choir during Sec 1 (whaha, sorry Ms Fong, Ms Chen)

even if you're not a singer.
29. You know exactly what and where 5 rounds mean when you're late.
30. You are blinded by colours during Rev-Up/Sports Day/Cross Country because

33. Either ways, you have SUFFEEEEEEERRRRED as a school (Teachers not excluded)
34. You've done sit-ups, crunches, push-ups and any exercises imaginable all in

45 mins even if you're a girl, AND IT WAS NOT EVEN DURING NAPFA TEST. *rev-up*
35. You have at least NYAA Bronze unlike most other schools.
36. You are not disturbed by the fact that there's a graveyard not too far from

the school.
37. You've become accustomed to seeing a graveyard, especially if you're taking

the 172 Bus from CCK Interchange.
38. You eat all your ice after drinking from your cup ("Westwood Tradition"

or so I thought lol)
39. You know damn well how to end this sentence "Do it once! And do it _____!"
40. You've hugged a pillar as a form of punishment.
41. You've had to crawl back to class (during Ms. Kok's time I think)
42. You've been screamed at by all forms of audio systems. (via School P.A. at the hall, quadrangle or classroom)
43. You've been scolded many many times for not opening your mouth or singing

loud enough during the National or School Anthem or for not greeting a teacher/adult.
44. You're used to Mr. Chiam saying "Ah school, please settle down!"
45. You've been told to either "Pin up your fringe", "Tuck in your shirt", or

"Pull up your socks!", EVEN OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL.
46. Whenever a bench topples down in the canteen, everyone would be going

"OHHHHHH!"
47. You know what flower pants are for.
48. You dread "Operation Clean-up" and no, it's not like some secret spy/ninja operation.
49. Everyone will shut up when Mr Loh Jee Kean says "HELLO!"
50. You know that you're not a neighbourhood school, but a school in a neighbourhood.
51. You've invented/discovered secret compartments in your uniform (or shoe) that

you didn't know about, to hide any items deemed illegal (e.g. handphones, mp3 players,etc) especially during spot checks.
52. You've been temporarily hired by the school to clean up the canteen, when you've forgotten to return your plates... without pay.
53. You've actually went to clean up graffiti or any "artforms" inside the 172 or 199

buses that pass the school.
55. You know that "If you can't bring glory, don't bring shame."
56. You've made it a habit to say "Care, Concern and Compassion" as one fixed phrase.
